This policy applies exclusively to all services, customizable golf courses,
simulator sessions, precision swing
analyses, and custom club fitting programs booked with Teevolantra.
At Teevolantra, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality, data-driven, and
technology-enabled golf development
experience. Because our instructional programs, simulation spaces, and industry
specialists are scheduled dynamically
and reserved thoughtfully for each individual player, the following policy framework
governs all scheduling
modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Upfront Payment Framework Reminder
As outlined in our primary Terms and Conditions, Teevolantra operates a secure,
centralized in-person payment framework
to protect against digital fraud and maintain structural transaction transparency:
- In-Office Transactions Only: Teevolantra does not maintain an
online payment gateway, nor do we request or accept
sensitive credit card or banking information over the phone, via text message,
or via upfront email.
- All initial bookings and tailored training program fees are settled exclusively
via cash payments in person at our
registered office located at Great World City Office Tower, Singapore.
2. The 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Rule
To preserve scheduling integrity and assurance equitable access to our facilities for
all community members, a strict
time-bound matrix is enforced for all cancellations or booking modifications:
- Advanced Notice (48 Hours or More): If you submit a written
cancellation or rescheduling request forty-eight (48) hours
or more prior to your officially scheduled session timestamp, you possess full
entitlement to choose one of two options:
- Rescheduling: Immediate selection of an alternative
date and time slot via our calendar system (subject to weekday or
weekend availability).
- Full Refund: A complete refund of the original payment
sum.
- Tardy Requests (Less than 48 Hours’ Notice): If you request a
modification or cancel a session with less than 48 hours’
notice prior to your scheduled slot, you immediately forfeit eligibility for a
fiscal refund. However, to support your
development journey, Teevolantra permits you to reschedule your session to an
alternative date and time (subject to
operational availability and staff distribution constraints).
3. Accepted Refund Methods & Processing Timelines
When a refund is accepted under the valid 48-hour advanced notice criteria, the
fiscal return is executed through a
dual-channel structure:
- Disbursement Methods: Accepted refunds will be processed by
the Company using both cash and bank transfer mechanisms
depending on operational capacity and transaction sizes.
- The Banking Information Email Exception: To strictly maintain
your privacy under the Personal Data Protection Act
(PDPA) of Singapore, Teevolantra enforces a zero-solicitation
policy over
digital channels. However, an exclusive
exception is made solely for executing an accepted bank transfer refund. In this
specific event, our compliance team
will officially request your accepted banking details through our registered
corporate email channel
( golf@teevolantra.com ).
- Internal Processing Window: Once Teevolantra successfully
receives your accepted bank account details via email, the
refund file is handled immediately and dispatched on our end within one
(1)
working day.
- Interbank Clearing Timeline: Following our internal processing
and release of funds, it typically takes between nine
(9) to ten (10) business days for the transferred balance to
reflect officially in your personal bank account. This
duration depends entirely on standard interbank clearing networks, regional
fiscal routing, and your banking
institution's processing cycles.
4. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
- No-Shows: If a customer fails to attend a scheduled session
at our facility without delivering any prior written
notice, the session will be considered fully rendered. The slot will be marked
as a "No-Show," and no fiscal refunds or
complimentary rescheduling options will be granted.
- Late Arrivals: Our advanced simulator modules and expert
coaching sessions operate on a strict, automated timetable.
Arriving late to a scheduled appointment will result in a shortened session
corresponding to the remaining time left in
your original booking window. The session fee will not be prorated, and no
partial refunds will be issued for lost time.
5. Company-Initiated Modifications
While our precision simulation technology significantly minimizes operational
disruptions, unexpected facility
maintenance, severe infrastructural issues, or emergency situations may rarely
require Teevolantra to adjust operational
hours. In the highly unlikely event that the Company must cancel or reschedule your
session, you will be notified
immediately via your registered contact details and will be granted the option of a
priority reschedule or an immediate,
unconditional full refund processed via our standard 1-working-day
dispatch
timeline.
